I loved this book because it was packed full of action and it kept me interested in what was going to happen next. The only bad thing about it was the cliffhanger which I really hate because they never finish. I would definately recommend this to anyone between the ages 11-16.
4 and a Half Stars.
What I love about this book is that you never know whats going to happen so anything could happen. Also, the characters stand out really well.
I really enjoyed reading this interesting and very gripping story. The story line is very fascinating which is one of the reasons I loved this book.
This IS the best book I have read in a while. From the outset, there was a vivid picture and idea which was lodged in my head of the whole scene and scenario. The characters are extremely believeable, and like “Chasing the Dark”, written by Sam Hepburn, this book allowed me to relate with all the characters (although I have never been in a prison as a prisoner). It is thrilling and I would highly recommend this book for anyone who is a fan of children breaking free from adults. As I reached the “conclusion” of THIS book, I was left to find that there was a huge cliffhanger which is a great move for Jon Robinson financially, as it provides him with another lot of sales instead of it all being within one book.
Brilliant, 5*

It was a classic “try and escape” type of book. The characters were believable and there is a complicated plan of escape which doesn’t quite go to plan/
