Species: Clownfish (Daddicus fishibum)
Habitat: The aquarium
Food: Fish flakes/cheeseburgers
Special notes:After Dad’s funeral, I thought I’d never see him again. But when I visited the aquarium, there he was-only, he’d turned into a clownfish!
I don’t think Mum’s ready to hear the news just yet.
So for now, it’ll have to be my secret…

I liked this book a lot and enjoyed the “life death… and fish” on the front. It is one of my favourite books.
I am more of a Tom Gates style book person so I found some of the words difficult but I liked the storyline and how some of the characters changed and became friends

This book was phenomenal and is my favourite out of the book award books. This is because the writing style is able to make you imagine yourself as the character. I was interested in the book as soon as the first chapter and the story continued with the same flow. By then, I didn’t think it could get any better but was very satisfied with the ending. Not only is it emotional, it’s realistic and not an ending that is…strange or completely happy ending. Although endings are generally happy I’m just delighted that the ending wasn’t anything like : then dad came back to life, The End!Like I mentioned a phenomenal book

I like the book it was one of these books that always leave you on a cliffhanger and also the type that you never want to put down. My favourite part was when Dak met Violet, I liked it manly because I could feel the tension myself. I really enjoyed it and hope too that there will be more to come.

I really enjoyed this book and would definitely recommend it. My favourite character is definitely Violet, as she proves that no matter how bad and annoying people may seem at first, everyone has a good side within and all it takes is time and something to bring a friendship together.
