Goldfish Boy by Lisa Thompson
Matthew watches people. Imprisoned in his bedroom by a debilitating condition, he observes the coming and goings of the residents of the quiet road where he lives. So when a young child goes missing, Matthew has vital clues û but no-one will believe him.
A great mystery story with lots of twists and surprises right to the end, it is perfect for fans of The London Eye Mystery and Smart.

I really liked this book and I thought that it was very interesting. It was good to understand what it is like for somebody to have OCD. The plot of the story was also good because I did not expect what happened at the end. I would recommend this to anyone who likes detective mysteries.
It is a great book that touches an everyday issue, mental health. You cant put the book down once you have got into the story. The only bad thing was it was quite a slow start and took me a while to get into it. When teddy goes missing you do not expect what happens, a big plot twist.
It’s great when a book takes you by surprise.
I found this book very intriguing because the disappearance was very sudden. I also found it strange that Matthew was the last person to see Teddy before he disappeared and was the first to see him when was back. I really enjoyed this book.
This book immediately caught my eye as itÆs front cover is bright, beautiful and so simple. It was like I was reading a Sherlock Holmes story because of all the suspects, victims and problems along the way. I love how he faces a problem which stops him from uncovering the true villains in this story! It was a good length and is one of the best books I have read in ages!

An amazing written book, it’s a wonderful detailed book in which you learn from. My favorite part is how he has the courage to tell his parents how he is feeling! And well why would Penny have kidnapped Teddy, that’s what I would like to know more about, overall I would rate it 100/100
