A really good book for people my age. Action packed and a very detailed book. A bit of a shocking ending to the book but for an overall view an amazing book.
4 STARS
Caged is a book that brings light on the problems of homelessness on the streets. It’s a great way of showing that someone without a home will do practically anything to get enough for a meal. Even if it means breaking the law.
All-in-all, I enjoyed reading Caged and thoroughly enjoyed the excitement of the battles, the story line, and everything in between.
I have never before read a book that I have been keen to read, but this was different. Once you’ve started reading it you can’t stop. Probably the best book I’ve read.

Personally, I think that Caged is a fantastic book, and the author has gone into amazing detail about how homeless children must fight every day to survive. I thoroughly enjoyed the ending, where Spartacus *******(spoiler alert) the cage fighters because throughout the book I believed that Spartacus was a noble man that actually cared for these kind of people. Overall, the book is a brilliant one but I would only rate it 4 STARS, as the bit about Darcey and the old, abandoned Langsdaine station slightly freaked me out.
4 STARS.
What a fantastic review thanks Zak. I have just removed one word as I thought it might be a spoiler. I hope you don’t mind, it kept me guessing till the end too.
Caged is a fantastic book that provides you with a great insight into the world that homeless people live in. The book follows Kai, a fifteen year old runaway who gets recruited to a cage fighting tournament for money. I found Caged a thoroughly enjoyable, if slightly short read.
