The áGirl of Ink and Starsáby Kiran Millwood Hargrave
This beautifully illustrated fantasy novel is set on the fictional island of Gomera. Forbidden to leave her island, Isabella, the cartographerÆs daughter dreams of the faraway lands her father once mapped.
When her best friend disappears, sheÆs determined to be part of the search party. Guided by an ancient map and her knowledge of the stars, Isabella navigates the islandÆs forgotten territories. But beneath the dry rivers and dead forests a fiery myth is stirring from its sleep.
I would really recommend this book to people from ages 10 onwards. The description is so vivid you feel as though you are part of the long tiresome, but incredible adventure Isabella goes on , to find her friend.
This story is great. The world which has been created fits in well with what happens in the story.Isabella’s story is described powerfully and the description is very fascinating. 5 stars for sure.
This book was alright. I liked how there was a suspense at the end of an exciting paragraph/chapter. I got a bit bored in the middle so skipped to the end which was very moving.
This book was absolutely amazing and I would definitely say that this book is the winner. The author has put a lot of effort into this book and this book could definitely have a second sequel. This book was the best but confusing to the brain but eventually understood the story so this is my favourite book I have ever read.
Fantastic, sounds like you have a new favourite author.

I enjoyed this book because it has loads of suspense and soon as I read this book I was engaged with it. Every last detail was important so if you missed a word you wouldn’t understand it. This book has loads of riddles in it so don’t get annoyed if I don’t understand it. I rate this book 4.5/5
