It sounded like a respectable and worthy enough death for an explorer – tumbling from an ice bridge to be impaled upon a mammoth tusk – but Stella really, really didn’t want that to happen, just the same.
When Stella and three other junior explorers get separated from their expedition, can they cross the frozen wilderness and live to tell the tale?

I absolutely loved this story. It has many, many cliff-hangers and suspense. I was whisked away in a fantasy full of snow, dinosaurs and unicorns. I couldn’t put the book down. My overall favourite character is Beanie, the boy who LOVES jellybeans, and is known as a know-it-all. I would give this book 5 stars, and I will definitely recommend this book to someone!
Hi Aaliya. Thank you very much for your lovely review – I’m so glad you enjoyed the book and it’s great to hear that Beanie was your favourite character.
I loved it, it was great and blew my mind with all the cliff-hangers. I read it in less than a week. I couldn’t stop reading it and I definitely recommended it to others
Hello Zahraa. Thank you for your lovely review – and what a fast reader you are too!
I liked the book but the part on Stella’s past was a bit too sudden
I loved the book but the ending was too sudden
Hi Aaminah. Many thanks for your review. I’m so glad you liked the book, even if the end was a bit too sudden for you 🙂
I enjoyed reading the book because of the endless suspense and cliff hangers but I don’t I don’t really enjoy books with hat much fiction. e.g unicorns, faeries, Frosties etc
Although I did enjoy the story I think too much fiction was in it.
3 1/2 STARS
