Goldfish Boy by Lisa Thompson
Matthew watches people. Imprisoned in his bedroom by a debilitating condition, he observes the coming and goings of the residents of the quiet road where he lives. So when a young child goes missing, Matthew has vital clues û but no-one will believe him.
A great mystery story with lots of twists and surprises right to the end, it is perfect for fans of The London Eye Mystery and Smart.

This book was a very twisted and mysterious story, and I also loved the fact that they used the main character as someone with a troubled and afraid mind without the reader being tried to be made to feel sorry for them. It was a very good choice.
This book had a brilliant plot about a child named Matthew who suffers from OCD which prevents him from leaving his home. This is a thrilling story of how Matthew over-comes his problem. When his next-door neighbour’s grandson goes missing, Matthew takes it into his own hands to work out who kidnapped baby teddy. I found this book very interesting and would make sure to read another book by this author.
Its a very heart gripping book, the fact he thought he killed his brother was very sad and also couldn’t look at Hannah (the neighbour) because she was pregnant, but it dragged on a bit in-between Teddy going missing and then finding him. But overall very good book.
One of the most gripping thrillers I’ve had the chance to read. Every minute i read i wanted to carry on even if it was time for me to start working or for me to just put the book down.
I agree, just one more chapter.
Truly the best book I’ve read in a while!!!
Good plot and I loved the characters.I couldn’t put it down.It was amazing.
