I liked the characters and their background. I liked the storyline and loved the twist.

Just starting the book, rather gripping actually. Kai has given off a rather odd character. Bird Girl is a ‘know it all’, if it was me I would have portrayed more of a decisive character than a ‘intellectual genius’. Someone who could see through situations and maybe conclude less prominently. I wish the ending was different I just feel really indecisive.
Caged follows the journey of Kai, a fifteen year old boy who runs away and joins a cage fighting tournament ran by a man named spartacus. the book really shows the desperation of the homeless, and every page grasps you more than the last. The ending is extremely suspenseful, and i thoroughly enjoyed this read.
