The Last Immortaláby Alex Marlowe
13 year old Luke Frankenstein dreams of joining the immortals û a supernatural crime- fighting squad but when he secretly follows them on a mission, he is killed. Waking up the present day, his body given superhuman powers, he finds the world a very different place. The dark pharaoh has returned, and Luke will need all of his powers plus the support of the other Immortals to defeat him.
This scary thriller is sure to be a fantastic book for all readers and it sure impressed me. Packed with all of the spine chilling information everyone needs. I love it! With a surprise hiding at every corner I couldn’t stop reading it.
It was interesting how they did the transition from the olden days to present time and how Luke’s brain is programmed to recognise modern day things that the never knew about. It was very different to what I normally read but I thought it was okay.

Not the best book I have read in the fiction award. It did not engage me to read it and the plot was confusing. If you want an enjoyable thrilling book I would advise you not to read this.

This is not the best book you can read in the award. After reading around 20 pages, I had decided to not read anymore of the book. I will not recommend this book.

I love the part when Luke and Evelyn try to fix the Immortals back together. Another thing Alex Marlowe has wickedly done is that the Immortals members have cool powers. This is based in Victorian London and has boosted my historical knowledge about Victorians.
